I'm Lovin' It

It's time for a much over-due I'm Lovin' It post. I really need to stay on top of this blogging thing once I go back to school so another dry patch doesn't happen...

So, here is what I am totally lovin' right now...

POLYVORE! This site is truly awesome and totally handy. For some reason, I was under the impression that Polyvore was some technically difficult thing reserved for only true designers. Wrong! It is so fun and easy to use! I knew a little bit about it and loved what it was capable of because of this lady's blog but I had no idea how simple and awesome it is! You should really check it out if you haven't before. It is a great tool to plan outfits with. Although, if you aren't into that kind of thing, I can plan them for you.

My new red bag! This bag was featured in this fashion post several times because I love it so much and it was dirt cheap and if you know me, you know I love a good deal as much as I love clothes. It is the perfect bag to throw your stuff into, throw onto your shoulder, and go. Did I mention it was on sale for 8 bucks? Regularly $32.50...And to think that I almost bought it a month ago full price! HAH! Check it out  at Old Navy if there are any left.

This Blog. I have been reading Kelle's story for about a year now and I absolutely love it. I am so inspired by her words, whether she is telling the story of her daughter Nella's birth and coping with finding out Nella has Down's Syndrome or if she is telling a simple story about spending time with her other little girl, Lainey. Her optimism is refreshing and makes me want to write about the things I am grateful for, too. She is in the process of writing a book that I am so excited to get my hands on. Go check her out, you will be hooked.

Winter Candy Apple from Bath and Body Works. My sweet boyfriend got me a set of lotion, shower gel, and body spray for Christmas and I just love it. It is the perfect scent for Christmas time and on into the Valentine's Day time.

These two babies. However, Priss proved today that she is no longer a baby when she showed us all how well she could hold baby J. She was a natural; it was SO sweet.
She saw that he had an abby (paci) so she needed hers too. It was so sweet to see her put his abby in his mouth just like she does her baby dolls. Baby girl knows what things are all about. She also knew that he needed to be patted and when he started to cry, she got a little startled, but she quickly began to rock back and fourth and pat-pat-pat little J's leg.
Happy Thursday :)

I'm lovin' it

In honor of Wednesday, here are the thing's I'm lovin' right now...

Victoria's Secret "tease" body mist. My soon-to-be roomie Sally talked me into buying this the other day and I am so glad she did. I usually don't buy fragrances from VS because they are usually too strong for me and give me a headache, but this doesen't. It is just light enough. Delicious.

McDonalds real fruit mango and pineapple smothie. When McDonalds first came out with their fruit smoothies I was super excited and then super let down. I'm not a huge fan of the strawberry one and especially not a fan of the berry, but this one is awesome. It tastes so fresh and not artificial at all. Plus, right now they are only a dolla!
I know it is kind of strange to love a particular hair product, but love I do. This is the first mousse I have found that actually makes my hair curly. Most mouse just causes my hair to look "crispy" and kind of wet looking. This actually makes my hair soft and curly all day. Plus, if you were raised anything like me, you were raised to love a good bargain and that is so what this is. I just put it in my hair when it is wet, scrunch it with a towel, and use the difusser attachment on my hair dryer. (I know, I know. Just call me your personal Suave consultant.)  LOVE.

My Chihuahua Bites Nails Poilish by O.P.I
An oldie but a goodie. This is the perfect summer shade. Not too pink, not too orange, not too red. This came in close running with another O.P.I fav, Cajun Shrimp. This week though, my toes are sportin' My Chihuahua Bites.

Ahh, summer toes.

My lovely job!
Of course I don't always want to come down here and work, but I really am blessed to have this job (or any job for that matter). I work with some very nice people (including my awesome friend Jess) I get to talk to some pretty hilarious people on the phone, and after I get all of my work done I have time to do things I like to do such as writing about things I like or reading how Kate Middleton is adapting to her new royal life. Win!

Watch it!

What are you totally diggin' today?

Love, C

I'm lovin' it

Things I'm totally diggin right now...

This is METROMINT water.
Seriously, it is the most refreshing water eva. All it is is water with real mint. No sweeteners, no nothin. All natural. It comes in peppermint, spearamint, chocolate mint, and orange. I'm usually not a fan of flavored water but believe me, THIS is not flavored water. It is a little pricy for water (1.49/ bottle) but I have found that you can mix just a little bit with regular water and it still has the flavor. Heaven.

My new Silpada bracelet.
Lightweight and pretty, the momma and daddy gave this and a sterling silver and pearl ring--which has been sent back to resize :(-- to me for graduation. Love.
Check out the Silpada site Here

Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Lip Moisturizer
This is the best chapstick ever. I Don't really like Chaptick brand chapstick because it is not shiny and feels waxy. This, however, is shiny and moisturizing in one. Plus, it has SPF 15--nothing hurts worse than sunburned lips!

High beam by Benefit Cosmetics

I apply this to my check bones after I have done all of my make up and I love it! It adds a little sparkle and enhances my cheekbones which is good for someone with chubby cheeks like myself. I also have the gold one, I think it may be called low beam, which I like to use at night. I love Benfit cosmetics, especially there Bad Gal mascara.

Bath and Body Works SLEEP pillow mist. I spritz this on my pillows and sheets at night before I go into the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth and when I come back my room is filled with the calming scent of Lavender. I find my self burrying my head in my pillow because it is so relaxing. It may be all in my head, but I really do believe this helps me get to sleep quicker. Fresh crispy line dried sheets and some of this and I wake feeling like I've slept for 10 hours!

Health Magazine! This is the best health/fitness magazine i've ever read. It isn't boring and has more to it than diets food and exercise plans. There are also articles about other issues, fashion advice, and FOOD! My subsription is about to be up and I will definitely be re-subscribing.

The babies that made me Auntie C. Prisser and Little Mister are my niece and nephew. Prisser lives only two minutes from me and Little Mister lives in the bedroom next to mine for the time being :) Priss and Mister couldn't be more different. While Priss is opinionated, confident, and firey, Mister is laid back, snuggley, and cool. Different and perfect in their own ways.
